Absolute Modifications as opposed to percentage

Can the developers consider the option to add absolute values for things like first layer extrusion width and height, and infill width etc...

Currently I always prefer my first layer being 0.3mm but when I change the normal layer height this means I then need to work our what percentage I need to apply to first layer height in order to get this. It would be easier if I could just put 0.3mm in this box.

Slic3r has the option where one can put percentages as well as absolute values which gives the best of both worlds.

I agree that the Slic3r approach to accepting setting values as either absolute or percentage is pretty useful in many places.

Just to add to my request - using relative values sometimes can cause a lot of problems. For example i regularly print at 0.2mm layer height and then put first layer at 150% to give a 0.3mm layer height. If I change the layer height to 0.3 for a print that I want to get don quickly I then need to remember to go and adjust the first layer percentage as 150% will give a 0.45mm layer height which will be too high for the 0.4mm nozzle that I have in the printer.

+1. Same issue for same reasons.

Personally, I would find it acceptable to simply have a "master switch" in the config, that switches all those edit boxes to either Percentage or Absolute, if S3D wish to keep the interface clean.

They could also have it so if one types "80%" in an edit box, then it automatically uses the percentage. This keeps the best of both worlds, with no extra visual load on the interface.
