Option to alternate between rectilinear and concentric fills

Just like the title says, simply add the option to alternate between rectilinear and concentric infill patterns on each layer. It seems like that would be a lot stronger.

Alternatively each rect layer should invert the angle and give the user preset sequences ie rect/conc/invrect , rect/conc, etc
