What needs adjusting

Finally got the printer up and running after a lot of problems, as I look at this print I see there are still problems to fix.
The top portion of the image is the bottom the other the top, it all seems solid enough but a bit untidy.
Hope someone can direct me to a solution. Thanks

Re: What needs adjusting

Looking at the upper part, you can see the extruded plastic at the bottom left hand corner has been pushed well into the bed (cos is smooth) and the plastic at the top right hand corner hasn't (you can see the individual lines). This means that your bed is not level. the corner of the bed corresponding to the smooth area will be a teeny bit high.....and the diagonally opposite corner is low...and out by more then the other corner.

The upper surface looks as if it's slightly over extruded. To get the best advice on what to change and by how much, it'll be best to attach the factory file to a post so one of the experts here can take a look and suggest the best tweak. Save a factory file from the File dropdown==>Save factory file: Your S3D settings are probably quite close to being right....and just need small changes to get the print quality tuned right....
