Cannot Get Model To Process for Print

Cannot get this model to process for printing. The program gets stuck at about 20% after I select "prepare for print." I am trying to print it solid w/ a .4mm nozzle at .1500 layer height. This is actually half of a part. I took the original part and cut it in half creating two separate .stl files. The other half had no issues making me think that the model itself is ok. I even tried changing to 15% fill at .2500 layer height to see if it sped things up and same issue. I have let it sit now for 20 min and it is still stuck at 20%. I have multiple computers with Simplify 3D and have tried this model on all of them with the same problems. Help!

Re: Cannot Get Model To Process for Print

Similar results for me......less than 10 seconds. I did try slicing with a layer thickness of 0.05 mm and it took about 3 minutes to slice.
