Non-ABS Print Warping

Good morning everyone.
Everything has been going good the last week or so, but now I'm experiencing some weird warping on larger prints. I have gone through my normal troubleshooting routine, and nothing seems to be working.
Here are my specs for the Plastic 3D, I mean, uh, Robo 3D.
- New Hex Hotend
- PETG Filament, at 250C, bed at 87. (Have also tried PLA)
- Simplify3D, latest version, and using settings from Jules's PETG guide.
- Printing via SD card, which is initialized with Mattercontrol. (Have tried multiple SD's)

Keep in mind, the following parts printed out perfectly without problems a few days prior to this..
They printed out straight, without any warped/wavy sections.
I haven't changed any settings, or done anything new which would of caused these problems.
Anyways, would appreciate some help with this if anyone knows what's going on.

Well, there's a pretty easy way to start narrowing in on the problem (especially given your last picture). Look at the gcode for your print in S3D's previewer. Do you see those misaligned layers in the preview? If not, then something on the machine or electronics is causing it. There's tons of options like loose belts, set screws that need to be tightened, mechanical interference, etc. You may also want to try slowing down the print to see if that helps (since sometime moving too fast will make these problems worse)

Well, according to the preview, the appears absolutely perfect. No signs of distortion in the preview.
Chances are, that this printer is already on its death bed. It's only a few months old, but man, is it poorly made.
I was just hoping it would be a simple solution, or someone would know the problem.
I don't know what else to do, I'm not an electrician or engineer..

I'd suspect the printer may be showing some wear or screws coming loose. Give the manufacturer a call, or a google search on your particular machine may uncover some common maintenance which needs to be performed.

Haven't heard back from them, not a surprise. Would steer clear of Robo's printer.
