Ultimaker 2+ printing smaller than it should

Hi guys and gals

My printer is the Ultimaker 2+ and I've noticed that it is printing 1mm smaller than the design is suppose to be.

I've also had to dial down the extrusion rate.

I am pretty certain that the UM2 profile isn't suitable for the UM2+ printer.

Any advice is appreciated

In the mean time I have applied a 1mm horizontal offset to see if that resolves the issue.
