So just set the filament diameter to whatever diameter filament you have (i.e. 1.75mm or 3.0mm). Then start doing some test prints and adjust the extrusion multiplier accordingly. For example, if you adjust the extrusion multiplier from 1.0 to 0.9, you will be extruding 10% less plastic.
