FFF settings

I printed my forst component in Simplify and i was half satified
If a model is in the first half rectangulair and the second half round.
Can i adjust this in the FFF setting infill “external print settings” to concentric and in Layer “layer modifications” specify the layer to stop printing at height ….mm?
Or should i print every thing in concentic?
The first half of the model i printed external infill pattern “rectlinear”.
The second half was a mess see attached photo!
