Lose Settings When Close Program

On two occasions I have lost my printer settings after restarting the program.

For example: I recently set up my bed exactly to the right size so I can utilise my whole build plate without crashing... Next time I started up the program it was back to the prior bed size.

Now I have to tune it all up again and hope for the best.


I do not know if I closed the program properly (but I assume I did because I have not run out of battery anytime recently).


Anyone else had this issue?

If it's just the machine settings you're talking about, then I would guess that one of your processes is setup to OVERRIDE the machine settings whenever that process is used (that option is on the G-Code tab). This makes it really easy to switch between different printers, but it just means you have to make the machine settings changes in the process instead of Tools > Options.

I've had a problem several times where I will loose all of my process settings. After the first time I save my factory file machine settings regularly and can just load it up again.

LoL I had the same .. was doing my head in big time .... Ended up a user problem ... ME!! .... I would go in and change settings .. update the profile and then hit the cross up in the top right of screen .... after alot of frustration I worked out you need to "update profile" and then close the screen with the "ok" button down the bottom right
