Pausing a print for adding a nut

Hey guys,

I have searched online and these forums a fair bit but have been unable to get a working solution so far. Basically - as with a lot of people I want to pause the print at the start of a particular layer so I can insert a nut. I have added the following code to the post processing. If I save the gcode I can see the changes in notepad fine. When I run the print the command to home the X axis works fine but the printer doesn't pause at all - it just homes and then goes right back to printing. Anyone know any tricks?

{REPLACE "; layer 29, " "G28 X0\nM0\n; layer 29, "}

I am runnung S3D with a flashforge creator pro using sailfish firmware. I did read somewhere that M0 is ignored when printing from USB but that could be wrong.

The M0 command only works for printers that use gcode. If you're using a printer that uses x3g files, then you can either use the M322 command or use the options on the LCD panel. Read more here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4211
