Feature improvements for Preview Mode

I miss some features which would be very useful for the Preview Mode:

1. Beside layer number i would like to see the layer height in mm

2a. Button to add pause/break into gcode. Useful for e.g. to place nut/screw to the model or change filament color
2b. As an extension to 2a it would be very useful to select where the extruder should drive after pause/break button was pressed.

3a. I personally would really like to see also temperature and fan speed from the extruder for the selected layer.
3b. As an extension to 3a i would like to have also the possibility to change the fan speed and extruder temperature in the gcode. Sometimes it would be very useful to decrease the temperature and/or increase the fan speed very selective only for some layers (e.g. small layers like a spire).

All this would be very useful and it should be quite easy to be implemented.

I agree completely with #2, I'd really like to do bolt inserts easily too.
