new user here...seting extruder/bed temp

hey now..

new user here...

i cant find a good video tutorial that explain this awesome software and its features..
so im leaning it as i go...or as i print i should say..

and let me start with this...
how do i set up the extruder/bed temp from the start.?
no matter what i tweak in the temp tab in the setting...its allways start at 60/230
i figure out how to lower temp features (control panel)
but i just can figure out how to "lunch" a print all set up

using FFCP

You just go to the Temperature tab and change the setpoint temperature for layer 1. They do it in this video around 3:20
