Well first of all, those supports are only about 0.3mm thick, and you set the software to use a fixed 0.4mm extrusion width, so that's why they aren't printing (more info about this here:

But more importantly, I would STRONGLY recommend using the supports that S3D generates natively instead of trying to do it yourself from the CAD package. S3D does a lot of really smart things with their supports, and you lose all that functionality if you manually model the supports yourself like in the model you posted.
So I would just select the version WITHOUT supports added
