Fast printing Infill collapsing

I'm having problems with printing 0.1mm layered objects with infills that are collapsing or stringing. The infill layers are not bonding or parts are missing.
The outer walls are printing fine.

Layer height 0.1mm
Nozzle diameter 0.15mm . I use this setting based on a tip from the forum for fine detail printing.
Extrusion width auto
Default printing speed 4500 mm/min
outline underspeed 50%

I'm on Sailfish Firmware with Acceleration On

It looks like S3D is under extruding during infill at 4500 mm/min

I'm also having this problem printing at medium print quality settings.

Re: Fast printing Infill collapsing

you know i have gotten this problem a few times and have seen many other get this any it always ends up being the same thing.....a partially clogged extruder. either the barrel, nozzle or both get just a hair more resistance in them and it messes with the infill. usually happens on infill only because infill is extruding usually at a higher rate than perimeters and its not a solid surface so it breaks the infill lines apart. its funny you posted because i started to get it again 2 days ago so i yanked my hot end off the machine, disassembled and soaked it in methylene chloride for a few hours, blew it out with some compressed air and ran a needle through the hole in the nozzle. put it back together and she's good to go. prints great now.

My extruder is clean . I'm going to try printing slower today

Re: Fast printing Infill collapsing

hmmm mine is running right now with infill going at 5000mm sec and its doing the infill nice and clean. although we are both printing on different animals. with sailfish i would assume your on a makerbot of some type. i dont really know much about the detail of those machines and how creator works with them. is this a problem that just started out of the blue or its always done it?

Re: Fast printing Infill collapsing

Are you using Extrusion width Auto. I think i had problems with manual and the acceleration caused problems with flow rates.
