I cannot download the flashforge creator pro printer profile to use with my Qidi Tech I printer. I keep getting error message about something with the server. Their are several other printer profiles that will also not download.

I'm having the same problem, that I cannot obtain ANY printer profiles through SImplfy3D anymore.
I do have internet connection just fine and don't have a firewall blocking issue either.
I do have this problem on both of the computers on my license, (1) being Windows10 and the other being Mac OSX.
This is a problem that started some time after installing 3.0 several months ago. Luckily I've had the profiles I needed installed right away after installing 3.0, and other more recent profiles I needed, I simply created by modifying my current profiles and saving as a new profile.
I would like the ease of being able to just grab a printer profile when I need it though since I do test and work on various printers.
Any ideas?
