My program was working great, but just a few hours ago I could not upload any stl files. I kept getting "Cannot auto-arrange. Largest part exceeds bed" or part exceeds bed diameter, which is incorrect because I printed all of these parts on my current profile and the parts are far smaller than my bed dimensions (360x360x520 delta -circular bed).
I tried to created a new Printer profile, and I got the same error. I tried to use one of the preloaded printer profiles—no luck, same issue. I then deactivated the program, uninstalled it, and then re-downloaded it. It worked for about 2 minutes, but it was clear that something was wrong. The bouncing effect when a part is loaded hung. When I would remove parts the parts were sometimes half there (like pieces were missing) and then a new part would emerge... after 2 minutes, I started getting the same error.
Currently I have no stl files and I am only trying to load one file, so unless there is a phantom part I'm not sure why it is saying "largest part." I guess I will try to uninstall and re-install the program, but I need to erase all of the saved data because on this last install my printer profile was still there, so clearly it did not fully install.
