I tried inside-out, outside-in, wipe, coast, negative restart and so on...
Do you have any suggestion?

Re: Line in the start outer perimeter (not a blob)

Too much material,
your extruder's pressure is raising while it fill a gap in your wall, than, when it starts a new line it releases the pressurized material causing this thicker lines.
Good practice is to have a wall width multiple of your extrusion width. ex: A wall of 0,96mm for a extrusion width of 0,48mm.
You can also low the "Allowed perimeter overlap" in "Advanced" tab

On the layer tab you can select Random Start points. That will scatter the retraction points randomly around the part rather than lining them up all neat and tidy.

Each part has it's own issues which may be improved by changing settings for retraction, cost, wipe, etc - Because of the nature of the process it's not going to be possible to elimination retraction marks completely.

The line seems to the outer area of patchiness... Do you have wipe or coast set? How about retract settings... specifically "extra restart distance". Post the factory file and gcode. It would be interesting to see how the travel relates to the beginning or end of patchiness.

And it would be really helpful if you were a little more helpful as to exactly what the actual issue is you're having problems with. Lines? Vertical or horizontal. Looking at your photos, I can see both!

You need to help us so we can help you!!!
