Just started to learn how to use S3D but i've encountered some problem during printing.
It printed really good with raft but always fail without raft.
And I've tried printing multiple object sequentially and it still print all at one go. Not sure why is it not working , i've tried more than 10 times the result still the same after clicking the sequential option.
Not sure if you're asking about one problem or two here.
You say the prints fail without a raft. Describe the failure mode. Photos would be good. What kinds of printer are you using?
The sequential thing sounds like a misunderstanding of the process and the software options. What "sequential" option are you selecting? What are you expecting to see? What is happening? If the prints are failing, again photos would be helpful.
I'm using the Prusa Research Original Prusa and i am able to print sequentially with Slic3r, which is printing them object by object in a multiple object printing process. In S3D i did select it to print object by object but it is still printing by layers on all objects and due to i can't work without raft i have stop the printing and revert back to Slic3r, without raft and use the object by object printing option.
Of course at 50 micron, S3D gives better results on the surface, but i seriously do not want to waste my time loading my object on single print cause single object print give me better result, that's why i have to use object by object or sequential printing method.
Failure in my printing is always not sticking to the bed properly on the first print. With raft option selected i can say it print without me standing there to watch the first layer successfully printed or not. It just print perfectly on the first layer with raft option ticked.
Sorry i got no photos on the failed print cause basically i stopped right after the first layer did not stick to the bed properly.
