Desire Thin Wall Control for Optimum Print

I need better control in printing thin walls. I stopped using Kisslicer because of lack of thin wall creation controls. Simplify3D has improved my thin wall creation ability. But it still is lacking a big issue.

When a thin wall is smaller than nozzle diameter and/or extrusion width, Simplify3D does not generate a path.

This is ridiculous: I suspect most people would want ALL paths generated for the entire 3D model, even if the produced dimensions in some places are not quite right. I'd rather have a 0.3 mm inaccuracy than a missing wall or many missing walls in my part.

I imagine having two settings like this:

Minimal Wall Shells 0 = No minimal wall shell thickness, if walls are too thin they are not printed (the default behavior we current have with Simplify3D)
Minimal Wall Shells 1 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 1 shell thick
Minimal Wall Shells 2 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 2 shells thick
Minimal Wall Shells 3 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 3 shells thick
etc.

Also for layers:

Minimal Wall Layers 1 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 1 layer thick
Minimal Wall Layers 2 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 2 layers thick
Minimal Wall Layers 3 = All walls will print, even if too small, and will print at a minimum of 3 layers thick
etc.

I agree with this for visual prints. But it def needs to be a configurable option since mechanically minded prints require absolute external dimension.
