Off setting start point

I have an object that i've already printed, it's about 13mm tall an on top there are two wells, about 1mm in depth. I want to print a new material into the wells, how do I offset the start point of the print job so that it goes directly over the well and fills it in. Right now I'm having the problem where the z-axis isn't low enough and the extruder nozzle jams into either the build plate or the top of my previously printed object.

Thanks for ideas. I'm relatively new to all of this.

Re: Off setting start point

You can use the "start printing at height" option on the Advanced tab, but you also need to make sure that you position the STL file at the appropriate height. So double-click on it and adjust the Z-axis offset until you have it in the right position.
