The Outline Direction buttons don't seem to do anything.
I always get outlines printed from the outside in....

It works for me… Are you sure you're looking at the right thing? For example, I know the skirt will always print from the outside-in, but I'm sure that's intentional since that's what you want. Switching the outside-in or inside-out option changes how the outline perimeters are printed for the part itself, so make sure that's where you're looking.
