Ghosting on prints with recessed features

Hello, I have ran into some issues with what looks like "ghosting" when printing recessed features. Below I have attached a photo which will show what I am talking about. As you can see to the right of the apple it appears that this design continues to the right of the print and I would like to stop having that happen. Can anyone point me into the right direction? I was using PLA+ from eSun and used the pre-mate PLA settings with only a slight adjustment to temp. I have seen this with other filaments like PetG and Hips.

I have looked at the guide but wasn't sure if that was what I was seeing here. I will adjust my printing speed and movement speed to see if this helps. Thank you for the response.
