Blob on start of ooze shield, and skirt..

I will add pictures soon, but I am having this new issue recently where when the right extruder goes to start to lay down the first layer of the ooze shield (and the skirt) it leaves a giant blob when it starts. This of course causes issues during the print

I am not sure what is causing this, there is no oozing or anything while printing or before starting this blob either.

Please help!!!!!
