s3d not generating support

I'm not sure why this feature isn't working. I've been able to generate supports on other files before. Suddenly it's not working on any model I try. The Factory File is attached. Am I overlooking something?

Your support pillar resolution is far too large for your model. Those beams are only a few millimeters thick, so you need to lower your pillar resolution to 1-2mm

Also, you might want to save some of those processes as actual filament or machine profiles. That makes things much easier to work with
