bridge print issues

Hi Guys

I'm trying to print this small pieces for a prototype, beside the upper part (view from top - with my fingers) are nice (not perfect but acceptable,but the bottom part (with support, skirt and Brim ) are messy...
I think it's a support/bridge issue (hard to remove support too, with "bridge planes" looks like a kind of straw....) I can't see any reasonable settings on support tab in S3D interface to correct this bridges or supports for this issue. Already increase/decrease support. Flip object upside down just transfer the problem to de other side...
Any idea?

This is not a bridging problem.....bridging is jumping between two solid parts. Your part for the most doesn't have any printing between two solid parts. You're going to have to look at pure support.

One suggestion you'll get is to use dissolvable support material. If like me you only have a single extruder machine, then this is not possible...so its getting the best out of support settings.....

With such a low profile of support needed, I would go for 100% fill on the support. To help making the support as easy to remove as possible, start with a decent horizontal separation and one layer separation.

If support doesn't help, you may have to think about using some form of sacrificial support part either in the form of a thin walled tube made as part of the main component that is cut off after printing, or a plug with an external diameter the same as the inside diameter of the hole and stopping at exactly the same height as the lower edge of the part.
