Firmware configuration updated by process

I am not sure if I am doing this wrong, or if it is a problem with the software... but with a Wanhao Duplicator 4S I got access to, I need to change the steps/mm a bit, after searching on the forum, I found that I could get around the problem with wrong sized parts, by going into Firmware Configuration and under X3G, I could set the steps for X and Y.

My problem is then when I set the steps, it tells me I use a process which will update it, which is absolutely correct, because I change a lot between different printers, so I need it to change just by changing the process profile. But my problem is now when I change the original steps to the amount I calculated, it is changing them back again to what they were before.

If I disable the update firmware configuration, it stays to the steps I calculated. But where in the process profile can I set those steps to get it to remember them, and still be able to have it update the profile?

Re: Firmware configuration updated by process

Did you watch the video that comes up in that warning message?

That explains it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYPUAqT4UyI

You just need to export a new firmware configuration since you are now using different custom settings. Then update your process to use this new firmware configuration on the G-Code tab.
