Wanhao i3 V2 Z Axis

Good morning all.

Got my printer 3 days ago and purchased Simplify3d. So far having great fun with success and failure (As expected)

One thing I noticed and I am not sure if this is normal. But if my Z axis is at the very top and then home all axis, it takes about 60-80 full seconds for it to reach the bed level, My Y and X are much faster. Is this typical when its just homing? (I can under stand it being like that when its printing) , If it is tipical would there be a way to increase it or is that generally not a good idea?

You can set the Z homing speed in the firmware configuration (it isn't controlled by the software). If you make it too quick, your Z positioning accuracy will start to become poor

Thank you CompoundCarl, I have adjusted it accordingly and its working great! Halved the time and no side effects so far.
