I'm using all the default settings, but my print is missing a significant portion of its base layer. I printed it twice with the same issue. The same model prints fine when I use the slicing software that came with the Dremel 3D40.
Pictue of error attached. How do I fix it? Thanks in advance.

Can you post the STL file? It's hard to tell what area you are talking about and if we don't know what the original model looks like, it's also hard to guess where the problem area is
