Print quality issue

Recently i have upgraded my printer from MK1 to MK2 by Prusa Research and i'm having a slight issue with the printing.

As you can see the print quality of the analinda and marvin at full height has no deformity or distortion at all but the parts which i have printing with S3D
has some weird deformity on a specific layer height.

The dragon and Marvin is a default gcode from Slic3r given by Prusa research and it has no problem after upgrade.

I have no problem with my parts before upgrade but i have the layer problem after upgrade.

I'm wondering if this is S3D bugs ? Cause i'm quite sure my printer is printing with no problem and having great quality with the dragon and marvin after upgrading to MK2.

Re: Print quality issue

The prusa people also use S3D and have profiles on their website for the printer. Why don't you ask them to try printing the same file. If their's works fine, then you know it must be some kind of extruder/filament/hardware problem.
