merge internal and external infill when they are the same

In some cases I want to have 100% rectilinear +45/-45 infill for some layers, and be using the same for the external (top/bottom) surfaces.

It would be nice if S3D could figure out these are the same, and not break up the rectilinear pattern to change from infill to bottom surface (as an example).

Re: merge internal and external infill when they are the sam

This would be a great improvement and would help speed up prints.

It would be useful to extend this idea to small bridges - rather than print a bridge just continue to print the solid infill if the bridge is under a certain size. This would create much cleaner bridges in some cases and save the time of having to work the infill around the bridge and then come back and print the bridge.

You can already do this right now. Instead of setting the Infill to 100%, go to the Infill tab and tell it to "Include solid diaphragm every 1 layer". That will merge the infill and top/bottom solid layers like you are looking for.
