here's a little helping hand to people who want to extrude a little dab of filament at the start of prints.
add this after the homing sequence just before print
M83
G1 E10 F100
M82
G92 E0 ; Reset extruder position
G1 F1000 Z5
to be perfectly honest i don't know much about gcode it's stolen straight from the software that was provided with my printer :3

Is this useful to get the flow going before doing first layer? I always have to pick away oozes and junk from brim's before the flow is full on.
