qidi tech and first layer

good just bought the license 3.1 and have a machine qidi tech 1 e able to connect without problem since their profile, now I have a problem making the first layer and that does not leave me filament, but boot test that creates a line if leaving without any problem, someone can tell me where could be the solution? Thanks in advance

good companion, it might be that was that, but the first line makes test to clean the estrusor while being heated before starting the part if it comes out without any problem and engages well in the blue plate, so I think it may not the problem, it could be some adjustment on the extruder? and not touched anything on the parameters of retracion or anything, just and changed the temperatures of the extruders and the bed nothing more to see if someone can tell me where could be the problem, again thanks in advance

Did you read the link above? There's plenty of explanation there along with the 4 or 5 things that you should try adjusting.

My first thought is a problem with what you are trying to print. Have you tried different files to see if they all do the same thing? Do you have the software set to extrude from the correct extruder? Try adding 4-5 skirt outlines and see if they start to print.
