M3D Micro Extrusion

M3D Micro recently updated their firmware to fix the issues with loading S3D gcode. Unfortunately, while it runs, nothing is extruded. Cura gcode runs fine and prints well. I've bumped up the extrusion multiplier to 1.3, but no joy. Thoughts on what else I might try?

Do you see the extruder motor spinning? Is the machine still moving to the coordinates in the file? You're probably going to need to provide more info if you want advice on this..

OK, got this solved. For some reason S3D gcode thinks the bed level is lower than what is calibrated and is dragging the extruder nozzle on the bed. Tech support suggested adding a global Z level offset under the Gcode tab. I bumped that up .6mm and it is working well.
