problem by printing a curve...

first, sorry that my english is so bad! - my printer is hephestos 2 and i am using simplify 3d. it works perfect, but only when i try to print a circle, the extruder prints in several STEPS and not that flow like it prints when i make straight lines and areas.... is this something that i have to select in the prefernces or is this a driver problem (windows 7 pro)?

What is the model you are trying to print? How does the circle area look in the preview?

Re: problem by printing a curve...

Seems it could be a communication issue. Things to check first are which USB port you are using. Change to another port especially if you are on a USB 3 port. Check-change USB cables. Do not use a cable over 9 feet and no extension cables.
Verify the USB driver set up with the manufacturer and also turn off any power saving features on USB ports. Also check the baud rate is correct.
Try printing from the software provided by the manufacturer.

Just some thoughts on things to try to eliminate.
