printer profile resettable?

Hello,

I import my printer profile. Then I create a slicing factory (1.factory) and change some parameters. So the printer profile shows "xxx (modified)".
After that I want to create a second slicing factory with its own parameters. But the profile still shows "xxx (modified)".

Is there a way to reset the printer profile to its original values so I can start everytime from some known base?

Greetings

Re: printer profile resettable?

What I do is use the save as new button and save the default profile with a new name such as FFCP-ABS, and then use that one for what ever I was intending. I usually have several. If one gets to messed up I delete it (using the remove button) and make a new one again from the default one, which I never change.

If it all gets mess up you can go to Help and reset all settings and reload to start over.

If you just select a different printer from the "select profile" dropdown list, it will ask you if you want to save the modified settings. If you say no, then you can just switch back to that profile later and all of the modifications will be removed.

@CompoundCarl:

Thank you for the tip. It works even if a dedicated reset button would be much easier to understand.
