Gaps in solid infill if layer heigth <= 0.15mm

Hey everyone,

every time I print something with a layer height <= 0.15mm I got sparse infill instead of solid infill (see picture).
Also if I set the extrusion width manually below the automatic value (0.5mm instead of 0.8mm, nozzle diameter 0.4mm) there is way too little filament extruded.

The steps/mm, filament diameter, extrusion multiplier etc. are perfectly calibrated.

If I print with 0.2-0.25mm layer heights, the prints are beautiful.

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

Thanks.

Re: Gaps in solid infill if layer heigth <= 0.15mm

You need to use a higher infill percentage when you go to low layer heights. Either that or a lot more top solid layers.
