Da Vinci 1.0 running Repetier 0.92.10 Firmware unresponsive

I new to 3D printing and recently purchased an XYZPrinting Da Vinci 1.0A. I immediately upgraded the firmware to Repetier 0.92.10. I used Repetier Host for a short period, then purchased S3D (which I am extremely pleased with). Unfortunately, during any print taking more than 15 minutes or so to complete, the printer with "pause" for several seconds mid-print. I just finished a small print that ran for 77 minutes during which I received ten separate Firmware unresponsive errors and the subsequent mid-print pause.

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on the cause?

If I save the S3D g-Code to a file and run the print job from the onboard SD card, I never see this issue.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Da Vinci 1.0 running Repetier 0.92.10 Firmware unrespons

A quick search on this forum shows that you might want to try enabling flow control in S3D's firmware config
