Tool change script issues

I have upgraded to dual extruder with single nozzle and having issues with tool change.
T1 is my right nozzle and T0 left which when I try to do dual extrusion from wizard my retracts and starts get all messed up. Below is my tool change script
Total retract from active extruder is 140mm to get filament out of nozzle and up into the 2 in 1 out mixer so the new filament can be pushed in. Then instead of using prime tower I am pushing 50 mm out of active nozzle to purge the old filament. I attaching a copy of the profile i am using if anyone could take a look and help me out I wold appreciate it. I would really like to get this thing working has been driving me crazy for a month now

It might help if you give more specific info about what's wrong. Open up the gcode file created by S3D and look for places where the tool changes. Are the commands in that file what you expect?
