Lightweight internal support options

All the options for internal support virtually double the wall thickness for single perimeter objects. See the 'grid' option below. When trying to print extremely lightweight parts this will have a huge impact. I would like to see some support options with minimal tracking along perimeter walls. This could be done with with truss type diagonal bracing. Also nice to see would be localized support density increase option, as suggested twice already with no feedback.
Guys at S3D. Great product but terrible feeling of stagnation in development. Convince me otherwise.

Did you try what I suggested the last time you posted the same question? Perhaps you should try a new approach to obtaining the help of your fellow users...

Re: Lightweight internal support options

This post in in the feature requests so its directed optimistically at the developers who seem to to have no time to comment on requests that may make the product better. C-line, I admit I didn't see your reply as I had been eagerly awaiting a comment for several days and as yours came in after 12 days, I had given up watching it.
While I am very impressed with this product the lack of feedback is very unnerving. Even with 'one man' free products like Repetier and octaprint you can expect a reply from the developer within 24 hours but s3d seem unwilling to employ an enthusiastic youngster to monitor the forum and keep sprits up.
Somethings not right.
