3.10 64/32 bit Windows 10 Crashing...

Installing on a new laptop with Nvidia graphics card. Program launches and crashes when the tray slide-in animation. Sometime it works for a few seconds and will stop once I move through the menus. Task Manager seems to think it is still running, but I can't click on any menu or rotate the view, so I know the application is stuck. Only stopping the application will close application. Event view doesn't have anything errors captured. I've searched the forum and reset the setting, uninstalled, reinstalled video drivers, Added Open GL.dll to the program folder and nothing seems to fix it. I haven't heard back Support after 2 emails. Anyone know what I can do next to troubleshoot?

My best guess would be the graphics card driver. Make sure that's updated to the latest version first.
