I was about to write that you should pass your objects, when you export them, trough netfabb, free version is great and works wonders but I see they don't have free version any more and they are now owned by someone

... so you have to find some other way to check object for errors and repair them after you export them as fusion is not always exporting objects good. ... there was some online version of netfabb you can google it, you can try meshlab, it's super powerful (not as easy and as fast as netfabb was) etc .. some small mesh errors you can fix directly in s3d but it's good to prepare your mesh properly immediately after export so you know you always have "proper" stl that you can slice anywhere
