Supports dont print out properly.

Can someone identify what might be happening here? It seems like the supports are being underextruded perhaps but only in supports in some areas. Some supports print out fine others do not. The model itself seems to print out fine if it gets to it and does not seem to be suffering from underextrusion. I am at my wits aend with this stuff. I have an ultimaker original with and E3D v6 head. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Re: Supports dont print out properly.

I would still try increasing the extrusion multiplier some to see if it helps, since those definitely look under-extruded.

If that doesn't help, try lowering the support structure print speed by 50% or something. That way you can see if this is speed related.

And if none of the above helps, then try disabling retraction all together to see if it is perhaps related to excessive retraction settings or something like that.

Re: Supports dont print out properly.

Thanks for the suggestions Carl. I have tried what you suggested and so far although I did see some improvements Im still getting nonstop failed prints. Im getting super frustrated at this point. What is most frustrating is that its not even like Im having bad supports throughout the entire print, its only on a specific area. I tried rotating the model around on the bed and different angles and the failed support area moves to a different location. So its not like the printer itself is having an issue on one consistent area of the printer. Here are some more pics.
