First layer PLA trouble

Hi

I have problem with first layer. This picture show what I should get and what I realy get from printer

Image

I read https://www.simplify3d.com/support/prin ... t-of-print

I tried with different extruder temp 190-210 (5), bed temperature (60-75), first layer height and width, different speed (lower speed from 50, 45...30), retraction distance (from 1 to 1,2 mm), extrusion multiplier (0,9 -0,95 -1).

every time part of plastic unstick from bed or made this strings.

I dont have any more idea what to do.

Please advice

Looks like it's still too far from the bed. Try the suggestion from your link about "Nozzle starts too far from the bed," specifically lowering the Z-axis global offset further. If your machine won't let you get closer to the bed, you might need to run the bed leveling wizard or adjust your endstops.

Thanks I will try this, but I level bed as much it is possible on M180. It has only 3 screws and it is hard to get it realy leveled. But this problem only strarts now, I printed few thing before with PLA and didnt have any problems. Will report........

Re: First layer PLA trouble

If you're happy your bed is level, then you don't need to have to twiddle with the bed adjusting screws....

The global z offset field on the Gcode tab of the settings can be used to try out fine tuning of bed height. Adjusting by a negative amount will raise the bed by the appropriate amount when the model prints.

I find that some of my prints need a negative z adjustment to ensure the first layer sticks well.....and some would be ruined by raising the bed. This is where this field comes into itself...
