Cannot get printer to extrude properly

Just printing a super-basic spiral vase tube, to try and figure out what's going on with my perimeters.

When printed with Simplify, seems to under-extruding an incredibly large amount:


But with Cura, the layers are significantly better, but randomly won't finish the wall:


Pretty desperate to find a solution because neither repetier or simplify are able to get good quality prints done..

It will be easier to give good suggestions if you can post a factory file (go to File > Save Factory File)
