Re: Why is it not full filled?

Hello,

i finished the print (without any stop :) ) and you can see the result in the attachment.
The top is now closed, ok, but anything is wrong with the Support.
I am not able to remove the Support, it is directly connected with the normal material.

Also the Messures are not correct.

It should be outside should be 25x13, but it is 25,5x13,5 inside should be 23x11, but is 22,5 x 10,5.
So the outside is 0,5 to much and the inside around 0,4-0,5 to small.

I Need it very exact because in the Top i put another peace which is
created by my router. This part is absolut exact 23x11 and does not fit.

Is there a Chance to get the print exactly as it should or is that not possible ?

Matthias

Re: Why is it not full filled?

Try a horizontal size compensation value of -0.2 to -0.3mm (ie minus 0.2 mm to minus 0.3 mm). Field on Other tab.

Do check...and adjust if necessary..... the changes you've already been advised to make. The above change may have an effect!
