I have been using simplify for a bit over a year now on a nearly daily basis and the whole time the estimated print time has been a little ways off of the actual. I would say no more than 20%-30% off normally. I print on a lulzbot TAZ 5 and recently the estimated time has been WAY WAY off, like it estimated a 9 hour print time and it still hasn't finished after 17 hours. Does anybody have an idea why this might be happening? Is it something that I somehow changed in my settings? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

Well the good news is that if things were working successfully before, you just have to focus on what might have changed. So try printing a previous gcode file from simplify3d that you know was fairly close and see if it's really far off now. If it is, then you have to start looking at things on the firmware like acceleration settings, bad firmware updates, etc. That way you can rule out any settings changes in S3D that caused it (since you are using a file you already printed before)
