Small blob on X and Y axis.

Hi all,
I'm getting small blops and cannot figure out what is causing them.
What I've found is that changing the speed changes the pattern.
See picture attached. I've printed this cube with different speed every 5mm

What is the cause of this?
I have Wanhao Duplicator I3 Plus it Z mod installed.
Printing PLA at 210 with 0.40 MicroSwiss nozle.
Multiplier 1.0 - tried lower and it looks worse
Retract Distance/Speed 1.0/60
Layer height 0.3, 2 shells

Honestly, they are more of bumps than blobs. Can you post the link to the original model, this will help to know how the model is supposed to look like. I am not quite sure if those dents are a part of the original model.

My first guess would be overextrusion or overheating. Check out the print quality guide, they hav explained several steps to counter this issue

Rather than posting a link to the model, it would be better if you could attach the factory file for this print. File menu.....Save factory file as.

The factory file gives everything needed to review what you're trying to do...the model and all settings. Being able to see what your settings are will make it easier for someone to suggest what to change.

And my guess is that the imperfections correspond to where the infill attaches to the perimeter......and I'm having a bit of a blank as to what causes the slight bumps!
