When printing over USB, I would like to see an overlay on the print screen with the following times:
Time Started : 00 January 0000, 00:00 AM/PM
Running time: 000:00:00 hours (hh:mm:ss)
Estimated End: 00 January 0000, 00:00 AM/PM
Estimated remaining print time: 000:00:00 hours (hhh:mm:ss)

I know that the gcode file has an initial estimated time for the print, but I would also like a realtime running estimate as well. All other software that I have used has it, and I have kinda gotten used to it.

I only would prefer 24h-time-format instead of AM/PM as Sensath suggested ( ... i am from Europe )
