Dual Extension Issue - temp issue on extruder

Today I was doing my first dual extrusion job. It's a piece that is printed one half one filament the other another filament color.

I set two processes. One starts at 0 and ends at 50% the size and the other starts at 50% and ends T 100%.

The process works ok, but the temprerature in the second extrusor is set to 0 when it becomes active. Even though the temperature in the process is set correctly.

When the time comes the second tool starts to work at the right moment but no filament comes out because of the temperature issue.

Is there a setting I am missing or something?

It would probably help if you posted your factory file and said what printer you are using

I am using a Sigma from BCN3D.

I don't see a way to attach file?

Could it be the GCODE that it's automatically inserted for the start process?

To post a factory file:
* In S3D, load the shape and profile as if you are about to print
*On the File menu, select "Save Factory file"
* Enter a name and save the factory file to disc
*In the forum, start creating a new post
*On the post message page, below the "Save Draft" "Preview" "Submit" green buttons, on the grey strip is a link "Upload attachment". Select this.
*Enter the file name of the factory file you generated above
*Complete your message and submit
