TPU issues

I am having some problems printing TPU parts.

My top layer ends up looking like has divots or holes in it. Very ugly finish.
Also the area above my supports looks terrible and is hard to remove supports.
I am using CreatorPro 2016 model with sainsmart TPU.
Nozzle temp is 220 also tried 210 and bed temp is 80.
Print speed is at 1600.
Anyone had similar issues?

.... you have forgotten to attache your FACTORY-file here.

Without this reasonable advices are not possible.
